SMITH & SONS CUSTOM SHOP – BONING KNIFE
This listing is for one variant from a small Custom Shop run of boning knives, built and finished in-house and ready to ship.
We haven’t produced these kitchen knives in quite some time. They were originally offered years ago in AEB-L as part of a three-piece set, and they’ve been on hiatus ever since. As we wrapped up the year, we weren’t sure we’d be able to bring them back before Christmas, but we couldn’t resist making a few.
This short run is built in CPM Magnacut and features subtle aesthetic refinements over the original design. It also offers a first glimpse at where our kitchen lineup is headed. For now, we’re releasing Boning and Chef knives, with the Paring knife coming soon. More is planned for 2026, but this is a small taste of what’s ahead.
