This listing is for one variant from a small Custom Shop run of chef knives, built in-house by our knifemakers.
We haven’t produced these kitchen knives in quite some time. They were originally offered years ago in AEB-L as part of a three-piece set, and after a long hiatus we’re excited to bring them back with a few thoughtful updates. This new version is built in CPM Magnacut and features subtle aesthetic refinements while staying true to the design many of our customers have come to appreciate.
Designed as a versatile kitchen workhorse, the chef knife handles everything from slicing and chopping to more demanding prep tasks with excellent balance and control.
