The Kitchen Utility fills the space between a paring knife and a boning knife, offering a highly capable, go-to option for everyday tasks in the kitchen. Precise and easy to control, it’s the kind of knife you’ll find yourself reaching for more than anything else.
Built from CPM Magnacut, this knife delivers excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. The handle profile is designed to feel natural in hand, giving you confident control through both detailed prep and heavier tasks.
From slicing vegetables and trimming meat to opening packages and breaking down smaller cuts like chicken or pork, the Kitchen Utility handles it all with ease. It’s a true workhorse that adapts to whatever the task calls for.
