This listing is for one variant from a small Custom Shop run of paring knives, built in-house by our knifemakers.
The paring knife completes the return of our kitchen lineup, originally offered years ago in AEB-L as part of a three-piece set. After a long hiatus, we’ve brought the series back with CPM Magnacut steel and subtle aesthetic refinements while maintaining the clean, functional design of the originals.
Compact and nimble, the paring knife is ideal for fine detail work, peeling, trimming, and precision tasks where control matters most.
