This listing is for one variant from a small Custom Shop run of paring knives, built in-house by our knifemakers.
These were originally offered years ago in AEB-L as part of a three-piece set, and after a long hiatus we’re excited to bring them back with a few thoughtful updates. This new version is built in CPM Magnacut and features subtle aesthetic refinements while staying true to the design many of our customers have come to appreciate.
Compact and nimble, the paring knife is ideal for fine detail work, peeling, trimming, and precision tasks where control matters most.
