Introducing the K5 by Smith and Sons:

The K5 is our take on an all-purpose chef’s knife, perfect for working with large quantities of meat and vegetables. The tall blade and ultra-thin flat grind make thin slicing a breeze while virtually gliding through your chosen food. The wide blade surface is perfect for scooping up your freshly processed fare or crushing fresh garlic. Extra long ergonomic handles make handling this knife a joy, with no hot spots and plenty of area to comfortably grip this large, yet well balanced knife.

The K5 & K6 work perfectly as a set, so we’ve decided to commission Camp Craft Outdoors to produce a knife roll made specifically for carrying the pair. Each roll is constructed from heavy waxed canvas that has been hand dipped in wax 3x and stitched up to perfection. Sold seperately for $45 or Free when purchased as a set (if both models are added to the cart, we will include it in your box when shipped).

K5 & K6 are Limited Run models. We will make small batches of these knives in a variety of handle materials. As knives are finished, they will be added to the website. As is the nature of Limited Runs, be sure to purchase your knife when it’s available as there is no guarantee we’ll make the same variant twice!
